Refund Policy

• The item arrived damaged in transit (vial broken, seal compromised, packaging crushed).
• You received the wrong item or the wrong quantity.
• The parcel was confirmed lost by the carrier and never delivered.

In these cases we will, at our option, replace the affected items or refund them.

Report the problem to support@venomtop.com within 7 calendar days of delivery (or, for non-delivery, within 30 calendar days of the dispatch notification), quoting your order number. For damage or a wrong item, please include clear photographs of the outer packaging, the packing contents and the affected vials, taken before disposal.

Vials that have been opened, unsealed, reconstituted, decanted or otherwise used cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, for contamination and integrity reasons. We also cannot accept returns based on a change of mind, a mistaken order placed by you, an incorrect delivery address supplied by you, or the legal status of the goods in your jurisdiction.

Refunds are returned by the same method used to pay, wherever possible:

• Bitcoin — refunded in BTC to a wallet address you supply, at the BTC/USD rate applicable at the time the refund is issued. Network fees are deducted. Exchange-rate movement between payment and refund is not compensated.
• Zelle / Venmo — returned to the sending account or handle.
• Wise — returned to the originating bank account; any transfer fee charged by the provider is deducted.
• Pix — returned to the paying key/account.

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days of approval. The time for the funds to appear depends on the payment network.

An order that has not yet been dispatched can be cancelled on request. If payment had already been confirmed, it is refunded under section 4. Unpaid orders are simply cancelled.

Where an order is refunded or cancelled, any affiliate or referral commission associated with that order is reversed. Coupon usage tied to a cancelled order may not be automatically restored; contact support if this affects you.
